Note to all CDPR license holders: please note that once you completed your CDPR CEU courses, our certification is your official verification of completion, please save this document for your records. Please note that our office reports completed CEUs to CDPR's record-keeping office in a timely manner. Reporting steps: our office reports completed CEUs to CDPR’s record-keeping office, after which our office has no control of the time frame record-keeping office needs to enter data into CDPR’s database. Similarly, the record-keeping office has no control of the time frame CAPCA (for PCAs) or PAPA (for QAL and QAC) takes to update their database from CDPR’s database. 

Note to all CCA certification holders: please note that once you have completed your CCA CEU courses, your account status is your official verification of completion, please take a screenshot and save for your records. Our office reports completed CEUs to the International CCA (ICCA) office in a timely manner, after which our office has no control of the time frame that the CEUs will be recorded into the ICCA database. Depending on the time of year it can take ICCA 30 to 60 days to process CEUs and for them to appear in your individual CCA account. Please check with ICCA on the status of your recorded hours.
