Once you registered for the 2025 Crop Consultant Conference, you’ll receive a special link to create your MyAgLife account. From there, you’ll gain access to one newly released CEU course each month leading up to the event. The rest of the online courses will unlock after the in-person conference — bringing the total online to 40+ CEUs for PCA, QAL, and QAC, and 50+ CEUs for CCA. You can also earn additional 10+ CEUs through in-person sessions at the conference.

Welcome to the Crop Consultant Conference (CCC) Continuing Education Units (CEU) platform. This online resource is available annually to registered CCC attendees, offering access to courses until December 31, as mandated by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (CDPR). For CDPR License Holders (PCA, QAC, QAL, Private Applicator):

After completing your CDPR CEU courses, the certification we provide serves as your official proof of completion, save it for your records. Our office reports the completed CEUs to CDPR, which then updates the CDPR database. Please note that once JCSM submits CEU hours to CDPR, we do not have control over the timing of the updates.

For CCA Certification Holders:

After completing your CCA CEU courses, your account status serves as your official verification of completion, take a screenshot and save it for your records. Our office reports the completed CEUs to the ICCA office, which then updates the ICCA database and reflects them in your individual CCA account. Please note that we do not have control over the timing of the updates. Please check with ICCA regarding the status of your recorded hours.

Note: Individual license holders are responsible for self-reporting, renewals, checking with their respective organizations or local ag commissioners' offices regarding their licenses.
